This free meet-and-mingle is anything but formal—it’s a gentle, open invitation rooted in faith and shared experience. Birth is sacred, beautiful, and hard work. During our time together, we’ll explore your hopes, dreams, as well as any fears you may carry as you prepare for this transformative journey. I’ll share my own birth stories, offer insight into my philosophy of doula support, the process of birth documentary and hold space for your questions with compassion and care. As you prayerfully discern the birth team meant to walk beside you, please know your intentions will be lovingly included in our family rosary the evening following your consultation.
In earlier seasons I would regularly support three, four, once (and never, ever again) even FIVE mothers in a given month. Many do it, but over the last 8 years my hands and heart have stretched to meet the ever-changing rhythms of family and truth be told that kind of pace doesn’t honor the sacred nature of birth, the families I serve, or the health of my own home. I’ve come to understand that serving fewer families with greater intention is not only more sustainable—it’s more faithful! Your prayer intentions are also include in our family rosary. It is such an honor to offer the kind of birth support that is rooted in peace, guided by the Holy Spirit, and present to the sacredness of each birth story.
I currently take two births per month and a non-refundable deposit of $600 is requested to reserve your estimated due date on my calendar. Flexible installment plans are available leading up to 37 weeks, when I begin the on call period.

Whether you desire maternity, birth, or postpartum documentary, together we will create a custom-tailored birth and/or postpartum plan focused on the elements of support most important to you. Doula support is included at no additional cost for those pursuing physiological birth and intentional healing throughout the postpartum period and beyond.
